First Element beer every. Great beer ignored the notes on the bottle to serve at cellar temperature, lets be honest really just wanted to drink it not wait for it to chill. Great color, well carbonated maybe to much for my taste. Need to slow poor this beer first glass had huge head second one not as bad. Smooth first sip then slight, very slight bitter taste. Good all around beer to sit down and drink.
