Description: Hop Ottin' IPA is as hoppy as they come. The name means hard working hops, in Boontling, and that tells it all. Generous additions of high-alpha Pacific Northwest hops added during a vigorous boil, plus traditional dry hopping, with whole hop cones, give this ale a delicious citrus aroma, and an intense hoppy bite. This IPA is a hop lover's dream.

This is one of the best IPAs of all time, been drinking this one for about 10 years & I like everything Anderson Valley does. The mouth feel is very creamy (it has just the right amount of carbonation). Hop/malt balance is great. This isn't an IPA that is over the top with hops, so don't expect that. It took a bit to get used to A.V. coming in cans now, but I'm really behind the move, canned beer is the way to go- no air, no light, takes less energy to recycle and takes less fuel to ship!
